And the Duran keeps on comin'...

As if my experience Saturday night in Cinci wasn't enough, there is a new story. :) I saw DD 6 times on their current tour. Last night in Cleveland was my last show.

I've been to Cleveland twice before. So I didn't care about the Hard Rock. But the BF, who hadn't been there before, wanted to go, so we went. No biggie. The Cleveland HRC is situated inside a really nice mall complete w/fountains and 3 levels of fun. HRC's restaurant opens onto the 3rd floor. So we come into the mall and head directly for the stairs. And for some odd reason, we decided to walk the stationary stairs instead of go past to the escalators.

The stairs we walked surrounded a small stage. And one of the girls I was with was ahead of me and teased saying, "Wouldn't it be funny if Duran Duran played here. But it's a little small."

I laughed and returned with something to the affect of, "Yeah, Roger could only have one drum."

And she says, "Hi, Roger."

I look up in time to hear him say, "Hiya." And then he was walking down the stairs after us. I barely recognized him. Although, I was staring at my feet as I walked up the stairs too.

How funny is that????

Just had to share. Otherwise, I'm as sick as a dog at the moment. Got some sort of cold around Sunday night and couldn't even scream for last night's show, really. But it was fun anyway. :) Pictures will naturally be posted at some point. :)
